I took the kids to PTC (Point Cook Town Centre) because they are having the spongebob square pants show.
On the way back, I thought of having Hungry Jacks for lunch. I told JL, “Should we have Hungry Jacks?” She got excited and said, “Yes, yes, yes!”
Then I checked my wallet and I haven’t got money. I told her, “Uh-oh… I think we can’t have Hungry Jacks cos I haven’t got money. Sorry!” I was expecting objection from her in regards to the cancellation of the plan. But she was cool and said, “It’s okay, mum. Tonight you are working so we can have money for Hungry Jacks tomorrow” Hmm… she obviously doesn’t know that I only get paid fortnightly.
So I drove on… a few minutes later, she said, “Mum, I think we can have Hungry Jacks today. You know what, mum? It’s okay you don’t have money, you can use your card.”
Anyway, she had her Hungry Jacks for lunch today. She took credit for her ‘brilliant’ idea of using the credit card. *roll eyes*
